Sóller City Council convenes these Catalan literary prizes in poetry and short stories. At the XXVIII Premi Guiillem Colom i Ferrá of poetry can be presented unpublished works with a minimum of three hundred verses. The XXIII Premi Joan Marques Arbona of short stories is with free choice of theme and can be presented as a single narrative or a set of narratives, both have to be unpublished.
The deadline for submission of the original is May 18, 2015. Each of the categories is provided with a unique prize of 1,000 euros. The awards ceremony will be held during the festivities of Sant Bartomeu.
