Extraordinary concert of the Symphonic Orchestra Illes Balears directed by Pablo Mielgo. Also participating are Marta Mathéu (soprano), Josep-Ramon Olivé (baritone) and Cor Jove de l'Orfeó Català, directed by Esteve Nabona.
The program is composed of Symphony number 2, by J. Brahms, and the premiere of Requiem, by A. Guinovart. The Orquestra Simfònica Illes Balears will offer this concert on January 26 at the Auditori de Girona and on January 27 at the Palau de la Música in Barcelona.
