On July 16th, the coastal village of Portocolom comes alive to celebrate the Virgin of Carmen, protector of sailors, with its annual Marine Fair. This festive evening blends maritime tradition with culture, food, and community in one of Mallorca’s most picturesque seaside settings.
From 6:00 PM until late, Plaça de Sant Jaume becomes the heart of the event, where visitors can enjoy artisan stalls, local seafood and sweets, and live music performances. It’s the perfect occasion to experience authentic island life.
