Jazz in the XXVIII Serenates d'Estiu at Cala Rajada with this big band that takes its name from the endemic reptile of the Canary Islands where they are from. Directed by Ximo Martinez, it consists of twenty musicians: five saxophones, four trombones, four trumpets, a rhythm section of four musicians, two on percussion and two more in the voice.
They have released a debut album, Desde aquí (From here), consisting of eleven new songs of canarian composers and of varied styles within jazz, as swing, blues, latin or afro.
