A festival of percussion in the concerts of the 2017-2018 season of the Symphonic Orchestra of the Conservatori Superior de Música de les Illes Balears. Under the baton of its director Alfredo Oyágüez, the soloists Juanjo Guillem and Armando Lorente perform.
The program is composed of Rítmica 5, by Amadeo Roldan; Cuban Overture, by George Gershwin; the absolute premiere of Yaloude IV, by Aguirre; Marimba Phase, by Amadeo Roldan; Manhattan Broadcasts (I. Tammany Hall, II, Radio City), by HK Gruber; Nueva pieza, by Olivia Carrión Arteta; and Afro-Concerto, by Maki Ishii.
