The Galeria Maior de Pollença presents the individual exhibition of María Lara (Loja, Granada, 1940) entitled Percepciones de interior. Her brief compositions are based on the influential American art critic Clement Greenberg and concepts such as color field painting or all-over painting.
With an economy of means, given that she almost exclusively uses lines and bands of various colors, the artist from Granada manages to capture a synthetic and refined language on canvas and paper.
