'Passo. Homenaje a Xavier Carbonell'

The program of performances that Palma City Council organizes for the European Music Day, which is celebrated today June 21, pays tribute to the composer and musicologist Xavier Carbonell, who disappeared last March. Since the 1980s, Carbonell has been a fundamental piece in the search for and musical creation in Mallorca.

This concert-discussion includes the Passo trilogy for flute quartet, which will be performed by the Flute Classroom of the Conservatori Superior de Música de les Illes Balears, directed by Josep Francesc Palou.
