Bombyx Mori (2020) is the latest work by the trio 3'14 (Tres-Catorze), which they now present on the PalmaFolk program. The album is a look at the Silk Road, like a delicate and precious thread that unites worlds, human beings and music along the journey from the Eastern Mediterranean to the Middle East and Central Asia.
3'14 (Tres-Catorze) is made up of the multi-instrumentalist Efrén López, the percussionist Ciro Montanari and the sarodist Jordi Prats. They unite different types of modal music languages, maintaining the tradition of different musical cultures through ancient compositions learned from their teachers.
