Paco Marín and Xavier Colombas (guitars, vocals and percussion) began as a duo and two years ago Jaime Rossello 'Ruspell' (piano, synthesizers and programming)joined the project, which gave the final empetus to Oso Leone. In February 2011 they released their debut album with the same title, a work that began in a simple way, two voices and two guitars. But upon entering the studio they decided to add more elements and textures to their music, always with the subtlety that characterizes them which makes their songs have a solid base with psychedelic and enveloping touches.
Oso Leone sounds as folk with two very melodic vocals and simple songs that unleash the imagination. They are fanciful stories capable to abstract you into idyllic landscapes of wild natures. Now they just published their second album, Monkragora, published by the Catalan label Foehn.
