The sixth concert of the subscription season of the Symphonic is directed by American conductor Alastair Willis and will have Austrian Benjamin Schmid (Vienna, 1968) as violin soloist.
The program consists of Chairman dances, by J. Adams; Concerto for violin and orchestra op. 35, of E. Korngold; Adagio for strings op. 11 by S. Barber; and Symphonic Dances 'West Side Story' by L. Bernstein.
