Nova Galega de Danza: 'Leira'

The Galician company Nova Galega Danza presents its show Leira at the 2021 Popular and Traditional Culture Setmana, a fusion of dance and music that transports us to the harsh beauty of rural tasks.

A work with which he has won several awards, such as the MIT Rabadavia Public Award 2020, Special Mention from the TAC Valladolid 2021 jury, Max 2021 Award for Best Male Dance Performer (Iván Villar) and his nomination for Best Dance Show.

The artistic direction is carried out by the director of the company, Jaime Pablo Díaz. With music by Sergio Moure de Oteyza, choreography by Iker Gómez de la Hoz, Rosa Cedrón (vocals and cello), Inés Vieites and Estefanía Gómez (dancers), Iván Villar and Pablo Sánchez (dancers).
