One of the proposals of the XX Festival de Poesia de la Mediterrània is this sensorial, sound and plastic installation created from several passages developed by Joan Brossa during the forties and fifties.
No em va fer Joan Brossa is a creation of Cabosanroque, a musical group dedicated to the experimentation on the expressive, musical and scenic abilities of mechanic automatic instruments arising from the recovery of everyday objects.
The texts of Joan Brossa have been worked with eight students with special abilities of the Centro Ocupacional y Especial de Trabajo del Pla de l'Estany en Banyoles (Cataluña). Each of them has read the poems in a different way, conditioned by their capacity for reading comprehension and an absolutely particular diction.
From here, in the work of Laia Torrents and Roger Aixut (Cabosanroque) there is first sound, then the object and finally the sculpture.
