Nick Colionne has a style of jazz between urban and contemporary, he has become one of today's major stars of smooth jazz. With influences from jazz, R & B, blues and rock, he created a unique sound that has a vibration which is instantly recognizable.
In the Canadian Smooth Jazz Awards 2007, Nick followed Chris Botti as the Best International Instrumental Artist of the Year. Now he is touring with his new album Influences, published last April.
He comes to the island to participate in the new edition of Mallorca Smooth Jazz Festival, which takes place from 1 to 4 May and is dedicated to the biggest names in contemporary jazz.
