The Jove Orquestra Simfònica de Marratxí, directed by Pep Corbalán, offers this New Year's concert in the church of Sant Marçal in which the singers Álvaro Chaves, Paula Barquier and Isabel Pieras participate as soloists. Also involved are the Cor de s'Obrador de Músics and the Cor de Veus Marratxí, directed by Maia Planas.
The program consists of Inspector Clouseau, by H. Mancini; Va pensiero, by G. Verdi; Medley of The Phantom of the Opera, by A. Ll. Webber; Dragon Born from 'Skyrim', by J. Soule; Hungarian dance num. 5, J. Brahms; Vals num 2 of the Jazz suite, by Shostakovich; The Blue Donube, by J. Strauss; and March Radestzky.
