A performance of the Municipal Band of Palma, on the Paseo del Borne within the annual music season organized by the City Council, directed by Juan Giménez Cerezo. Officially presented in 1966 at the Teatre Principal, it is dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of music in the Balearic Islands with the premiere and recording of native composers or composers linked to the Islands like Antoni Torrandell, Bartomeu Oliver or Derek Bourgois, among others.
