'Music close to the sea at full moon'

This is the proposal of the Third International Music Festival 'Vila de Santanyí' in the beautiful scenery of Caló d'en Busquets. The concert is directed by Peter Vallbona and interpreted by José Manuel Zapata (tenor), Maia Planas (soprano), Miquel Estelrich (piano), Smerald Spahiu (violin), Vincente Balaguer (violin), Paula Marques (violin), Sonia Krasnova ( viola), Emmanuel Bleuse (cello), Xisco Aguilo (bass), Adrià Olmo and Yana Ouna (dancers) and the Music Band of Santanyí.

All of them major international artists among which José Manuel Zapata, one of the most important tenors of his generation, and pianist Miquel Estelrich, National Culture Award in 1987 for his book Compositors Mallorquins.

Mascagni); Tu che di gel sei tape and Nessun dorma from the opera Turandot (G.Puccini); Jalousie  (J. Gade); Por una cabeza  (C. Gardel); Nostalgias  (J. C. Cobián); Caminito  (J. D. Filiberto); Czardas  (V. Monti); Tienes razón amigo, from the zarzuela La chulapona  (F. Moreno Torroba); Petenera, from the zarzuela La marchenera  (F. Moreno Torroba); Todas las mañanitas, from the zazuela Don Gil de Alcalá  (M. Penella); No puede ser, from the zarzuela La tabernera del puerto  (P. Sorozábal); and Torero quiero ser, from the zarzuela El gato montés (M. Penella).
