Restauración Mallorca Caeb organizes the Mostra de Cuina de Mallorca, which consists of four gastronomic routes through various areas of the island to promote the restaurant sector and the consumption of local products.
Each route lasts 4 days (from Thursday to Sunday) between March 6 and April 2. From March 9 to 12 it is celebrated in the restaurants of Palma; from March 16 to 19 it is the Serra y Norte Route; from March 23 to 26 Llevant and Migjorn; and from March 30 to April 2 the Pla and Raiger.
