'Morricone directs Morricone '

A new proposal for the Asociación Balear de Amigos de las Bandas Sonoras de Cine (Balearic Association of Friends of Film Soundtracks-ABABS) within the cycle The film composers in concert. Projected will be film music concerts directed by the great masters and Morricone directs Morricone is the first of the anticipated titles.

It is a concert that was recorded live on October 20, 2004 at the Gasteig Kulturzentrum in Munich with the Munich Radio Orchestra and the Bavarian Radio Choir. The program consists of the most significant works of Italian composer and conductor Ennio Morricone (Rome, 1928), author of soundtracks of such famous films as A Fistful of Dollars, The Good, The Bad and the Ugly, The Mission, According to Pereira or Cinema Paradiso, among many others.

The concert is part of the program of Fiestas de Sant Sebastià 2015.
