A series of organ concerts held every Saturday at the Church of Alaro which in December 2006 fixed its inception thanks to the recovery of this ancient instrument of the eighteenth century by Pere Josep Boch by the intervention of Gerhard Grenzing.
The Saturday’s interpretations on the organ have been matched with the market day of the village and are inspired by the concert of Advent (first period of the Christian liturgical year a time of spiritual preparation for the celebration of the birth of Christ), organized by Dieterich Buxtehude a Lubeck (Germany)
During these years the organist has been Miquel Bennàssar, organist, but has also featured more than 30 artists from across Europe. Invited have been organists as Jan Willem Jansen, a regular contributor to Jordi Savall, Jürgen Essl, one of the most prestigious composers of Germany or Sweden's Hans-Ola Ericsson.
