Animal sentimental  is not only the title of the new album by this Portuguese fado singer; it also opens a new chapter in a career spanning three decades with wide international recognition.

Animal sentimental  (2022) is part of an ambitious triptych, with which Mísia (artistic name of Susana Maria Algonso de Aquiar) intends to translate her stories and experiences into a book that will be made up of poems and humorous and sentimental moments, small tragedies of a long journey of life.

The concert that she is now offering at Palma's Teatre Principal will be dedicated to the music on the record, which will be interspersed with brief monologues between the songs and the stories told in the book.
