Second date with Cançons de la Mediterrània, a series of concerts held in Palma in Ses Voltes from July 5 to 26. It will be a double concert again, with the Valencians of Miquel Gil Trio and Amaraterra, which brings us popular music from southern Italy.
Miquel Gil (voice and guitar) is a veteran of the Valencian music scene, with more than forty years on stage. The rest of the trio are Eduard Navarro (multi-instrumentalist) and Gusmà Gil (electric bass).
Amaraterra is a popular music group from south of Italy, created in London and formed by musicians from Italy, England, France and Greece. Simona de Leonardis (voice and dance), Carla Pandarese (voice and dance), Massimiliano Passante (voice and tamburello), Federico Tommasi (voice and tamburello), Antonio Fersini (guitar and voice), Alfredo Giani (mandola, guitar and voice) , Cassandre Balbar (flute and cleat), Stelios Katsatsidis (accordion), Daniele Rizzo (tamburello, danza y armonica) and Mark Glanville (baritone voice).
