Pedro de Mingo is more than a singer songwriter. He has influences of blues and rumba, two rhythms he combines masterfully. He gave his first solo performance in 2006 in the Bristot de Artistes of Paris. Since then he has performed more than 40 concerts in the French capital accompanied by Los Compaes or alone.
In November 2007, he recorded the acoustic demo of Contra las cuerdas (Against the Ropes), eight songs recorded with just voice and guitar. His latest work is titled No hay drama.
