The former leader of Duncan Dhu, a pop group with some sediment rockabilly sound that emerged in the mid-eighties, is now in the process of touring with the Tour Electrica presenting his latest album, 24 golpes (2012).
Mikel Erentxun abandoned Duncan Dhu in the early nineties, when the group lived its peak and with an international projection which got him a Grammy nomination and the inclusion of the theme Herida de miel in the film Dick Tracy (1990), directed by and starring Warren Beatty.
His first solo album was Naufragios (1992) and since then has added ten more to his discography. The latter is 24 golpes, recorded in a church in New York and with a more raw and rock sound than his previous works.
