It is one of many weekly markets that are mounted on the island dedicated to the sale of fruit and vegetables, plants, flowers, clothing and footwear. The fruits and vegetables come from indigenous cultures from the same village peasants or surroundings. It is held on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00 pm in the Plaza Major.
