The Catalan singer-songwriter Marina Rossell returns to Mallorca to present her latest album, 300 crits. The appointment is at the Claustre del Convent de Muro within the framework of the Barnasants festival, dedicated to songwriters.
300 crits (2021) is the 25th album in the long career of Marina Rossell, who began her first steps in 1974 opening the concerts of Lluís Llach, Ovidi Montllor and Maria del Mar Bonet. In it she makes a new review of resistance songs and pieces of her own as a result of the need to survive cursed times.
Thus, from the chanson repertoire after the Nazi occupation, Rossell adapted Sous le ciel de Paris (Charles Trenet), Avec le temps (Léo Ferré), J'attendrai or Je ne regrette rien (Édith Piaf), without abandoning her more creative, personal and intimate part.
