Marcos Collado is a Mallorcan musician who, after studying classical music at the Conservatori de Palma, continued his training in Barcelona, New York and Madrid, where he currently teaches at the Universidad Superior de Artes y Espectáculos TAI.
He has performed with renowned artists such as Emilio Valdés, Henry Cole, Chris Kase, Bobby Martínez, Pepe Rivero, Jerry González, Norman Hoge, Bob Sands, Molly Duncan, Estefan Rademacher, among a long etcetera. He has also played and recorded with the National Orchestra of Spain (O.N.E), the Afrodissian Orchestra of Miguel Blanco, the National Jazz Orchestra of Ramon Farran and with the Big Band of BobSands.
In this concert he performs in his quintet format with the following formation: Marcos Collado (guitar), Marie Martin (voice), Jorge Castañeda (keyboard), Carlos Sanchez (bass) and Miguel Ángel Benito (drums). XIX festival AlcúdiaJazz.
