Third concert of the X Vila de Santanyí International Music Festival. It will be in charge of Manel Camp Quartet, and it will be held at the S'Abeurador interpretation center.
This quartet is made up of Matthew Simon (trumpet), Francesc Aguiló (double bass), Lluís Ribalta (drums) and Manel Camp (piano). Carst is the title of the latest work that they have published and that they are now presenting at this concert. It is part of the De Minorisa a Carst project, promoted by the Catalan pianist and composer on the occasion of his 75th anniversary.
De Minorisa a Carst is configured as an example of the search for new formats and new ways of understanding and communicating music.
