Mandelring Quartett

The penultimate event of the 56th Festival of Pollença has as protagonist  this German quartet many times awarded and founders in 1999 of the festival Hambacher Musikfest, where music lovers from around the world flock every year.

Mandelring Quartett consists of Sebastian Schmidt (first violin), Nanette Schmidt (second violin), Andreas Willwohl (viola) and Bernhard Schmidt (cello).

Their complete recording of Shostakovich string quartets and Schubert and Schumann record productions have been regarded by specialist critics as reference interpretations.
