Aquest festival està organitzat per les associacions adherides a la FAC (Federació d’Associacions de Cànnabis) i pretén divulgar l’ús responsable del cànnabis i tot allò que està relacionat amb la cultura d’aquesta planta.
Hi participen empreses relacionades amb el sector i, al llarg de tres dies, del 20 al 22 de juliol, es fan distintes activitats culturals. Hi haurà una zona de grafit, exhibicions d’escriptors de carrer, mercats ambulants i un espai dedicat als esports alternatius i d’aventura.
La música és un dels elements principals d’aquest festival. El darrer dia hi actuen Old Boise, Matesound, Quarentom y los Teenagers, Ska Bottom Boat i Full Play.
