The live or delayed transmissions of cultural events has become a new circuit that allows expanding the offer of cinemas and theaters. The first edition of Mallorca Arts on Screen (MAS), the first international festival dedicated to this field, takes place in Palma from 2 to 7 April at CineCiutat, Ocimax Palma Aficine and Teatre Municipal Mar i Terra.
The festival consists of six days of screenings with jury and public awards in the categories of Theater, Opera, Dance and Museums. There will also be, outside of competition, a special European Year of Cultural Heritage Award 2018.
In addition, on April 6 and 7 there will be a conference for professionals and companies dedicated to the production and distribution of cultural content. See program.
