'Maids and Madams' on the beach

With the screening of Maids and Madams the Calvià City Council will complete its program of film days on the beach. A film directed by Tate Taylor and set in the Mississippi of the 60's.

It tells the story of a girl from a good Southern society who returns from college ready to become a writer. Her first job is to interview women who have spent their lives working in the service of the big landowning families of the South.
