The Municipal Band of Palma celebrates the International Museum Day with this concert at the Castell de Bellver, under the direction of Sebastia Lopez and with actor Bernat Serra Grimalt as narrator.
The program consists of Abdelazer or the revenge of the Moor, of Henry Purcell; Suite for narrator and band; and Paintings of an Exhibition of Mussorgsky orchestrated by Maurice Ravel, which recreate a series of paintings of his friend the architect Victor Hartmann.
Looking back is a proposal that combines music with history, legend and painting.
