Magdalena Abrines Mulet, the Marketing Department of the cookie company Quely, is responsible for guiding this tour which lasts approximately two hours.
Magdalena Abrines will take the attendees on a tour through the factory in Inca, a symbol of Mallorcan industry. Apparently, the origin of these famous crackers, bread shaped, is linked to the demand for shipping companies in the eighteenth century, they needed a nutritious product, easy to store and which could be maintained for long periods of time.
