La lluna en vers: 'Fil de memòria'

The garden of the Casa Llorenç Villalonga in Binissalem serves as the setting for Fil de memòria, the particular reading that the actor and rhapsode Pere Arquillué makes of the words of Gabriel Ferrater, with the musical accompaniment of Toni Ubach. The proposal is presented within the program La lluna en vers of the Fundació Mallorca Literària.

The poetic work of Gabriel Ferrater (Reus, 1922-Barcelona, 1972) revolves around eroticism and the passage of time. His verses are a dialogue with the complex and enigmatic reality of human relationships.

Fil de memòria is built from a selection made in 1997 in a Grec Festival production to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the poet's death. Five decades later, Pere Arquillué recovers the montage incorporating his own experiences in recent decades.
