'Llull - Tàpies Suite complète'

The Sa Tafona Art Gallery presents this exhibition consisting of 24 prints and a printed silkscreen on canvas belonging to the Tristan Barbara Editions collection and inspired by texts of Ramon Llull (1232-1316). A collection on which Antoni Tàpies (1923-2012) worked for twelve years.

Tàpies, considered one of the best Catalan artists of the postwar period, was co-founder in 1948 of the artistic movement known as Dau al Set, connected to the Surrealist and Dadaist movements. His work has had great influence in the world of art, especially in painting, sculpture, prints and lithography.
