The bookstores in Palma take to the streets on July 23 to celebrate the book festival, an initiative of the Gremi de Llibreters de Mallorca which could not celebrate this year's book fair because of the confinement caused by Covid 19. The municipalities of Santa Maria del Camí and Inca have also joined this fiesta , that celebrate it from July 20 to 25.
In addition to a 10% discount on the purchase of books and the signing of books by authors, there will be a program of activities for the whole family to enjoy in different parts of Palma (Plaça dels Patins, Carrer Blanquerna, Plaça Major, Plaça Fleming, Plaça d'Espanya), Santa Maria del Camí (Plaça de la Vila) and Inca (Claustre de Sant Domingo).
