Classically trained, the brothers Luis and Javier Garayalde changed from instruments to synthesizers and now produce under the alias of Kyodai (meaning brothers in Japanese). They started in the 90s with a purely techno concept, but with the new century they took a turn towards the new currents of nu jazz and Brazilian rhythms.
In Eleven they take a new direction and head towards the territories of nu disco and house, with touches of funk, Brazilian music and new wave.
