Kiko Berenguer

This saxophonist from Alicante is considered one of the most brilliant and expressive of his generation. He closes the XVII Alcúdia Jazz presenting his latest project, Aire.

In this album, Kiko Berenguer extends the flamenco-jazz fusion style of his previous project, Mi camino, with oriental Mediterranean sounds forming a dialogue between the simplicity and the strength that characterizes him.

Along with Kiko Berenguer (tenor saxophone and soprano), Carlos Sanchís (accordion), Juan de Pilar (flamenco guitar), Cesar Giner (double bass) Miguel Asensio (percussion), Juan C. Amador (canto and compás), Jony Amador ( Canto and compàs) and Manuel Serena (dance).
