He is one of the great Spanish contemporary pianists, with a long career full of awards in national and international competitions. In 1998 the Ministry of Culture awarded him the National Music Award for Interpretation recordings of the complete sonatas of Manuel Blasco de Nebra (eighteenth century).
With this background, Josep Maria Colom (Barcelona, 1947) is the guest in the concert that closes the II Cycle Grand Masters of the Piano 2014/2015, organized by the Superior Conservatory of Music of the Balearic Islands.

Bach (F. Liszt).
