The Catalan pianist Josep Colom offers this tribute concert to the Mallorcan composer Miguel Capllonch during the 58th Pollença Festival.
The first part of the program is dedicated to the piano work by Miguel Capllonch (1861-1935). In the second he alternates seven preludes of the first volume of the well Tempered Clave, completed and compiled by J. S. Bach in 1722, with the Studies of the first series op. 10 nº 1, 5, 6, 8 and 11, composed from 1829 in Warsaw by a young Frédéric Chopin, nº 12 of the second series op. 25 and Nocturno in C minor op. 48 nº1.
