This Spanish harpist is one of the most outstanding of his generation. He performs at the Santuari de Consolació at the 5th International Music Festival 'Vila de Santanyí', performing works by Spohr, Saint-Saëns, Fauré, Hasselmans, Debussy and Pierné.
Graduated from the Royal College of Music in London, José Antonio Domené has received numerous important awards, such as the mention of honor in the Concurso Nacional Intercentros (2002), first prize in the International Competition of the UFAM (France) in 2004 or the Concurso Permanente de Juventudes Musicales de España (2007), among others. Author of the book El Arpa en la antigua Grecia (The harp in ancient Greece), he is also a founding member of the Spanish Harpist Association.

The 5th International Music Festival 'Vila de Santanyí' has as its resident composer the Majorcan Antoni Perera Fons, one of the most considered Spanish record producers and National Music Award 2016.
The area of art is carried out this year by Pep Coll, resident artist of the Festival who presents from May 21to July 1in the Sala Bússer the exhibition Confesions d'un pocavergonya.
