Bailar en la cueva (Dancing in the cave) is the latest work by Uruguayan singer Jorge Drexler who now presents it in Trui Teatre de Palma. It is a rhythmic album, even danceable, in which Drexler takes more risk than ever in the sound and the overall concept. It has had the special collaboration of Caetano Veloso in the song titled Bolivia.
Since the publication in 2010 of Amar la trama(loving the plot), the professional career of Jorge Drexler has been extended to other fields. He had his first experience as an actor with a lead role in the film La suerte en tus manos, (Luck in your hands), won the Goya for Best song for Que el soneto nos tome por sorpresa (may the sonnet take us by surprise) and composed Tres hologramas (Three holograms) for the Uruguay National Ballet under the direction of Julio Bocca .
