New delivery of the cycle Women do not Wait with the presence of singer-songwriter Joana Serrat, who presents her latest album Dripping Springs (2017) accompanied by her band, The Great Canyoners.
The record, the fourth in five years of career, bears the name of the American city in which it was recorded, Dripping Springs, in Texas, where she worked with Israel Nash as a producer on his ranch-studio Plum Creek Sound.
Joana Serrat again uses the precepts of folk to continue elaborating a language of her own in this album that talks about the beginnings, impregnated with an optimistic nostalgia.
Joana Serrat (vocals, acoustic guitar and harmonica), Bernat Sànchez (electric guitar and keyboard), Vidal Soler (electric guitar and banjo), Miguel P. Kersley (pedal steel guitar), Ruben Alcazar (bass) and Toni Serrat (drums) .
