'Jo, Schumann'

Miquel Mestre directs this concert with words about the exciting and passionate life of the German composer Robert Schumann and his piano works, interpreted by Andreu Riera and Noemi Dalmau.

The text is dealt with by Miquel Mestre with a monologue in the first person of the composer from the asylum where he is being held, it situates us in the most intense and richest musical era of European romanticism.

Jo, Schumann  is presented within the cycle Teatre íntim organized by the Teatre d'Arta, a small format in which the audience is seated on stage.
