The square of sa Llotja is dedicated to jazz music and presents as headliner the trio led by guitarist Jayme Marques, a musician who in the sixties introduced bossa nova in Europe, Africa and Asia being a member of the Black Orpheus orchestra.
Marques has collaborated with many artists and has received numerous awards and accolades, as given by the Academy of Arts and Sciences of Television, for the soundtrack of the documentary series Un país en la mochila, or the Tribute Award at the Festival Clazz Continental Latin Jazz (Madrid, 2012).
