Cançons de la Mediterrània programs this double concert with two very different proposals: klezmer and balkan music and habaneras music. This cycle of concerts takes place in Palma in Ses Voltes from July 5 to 26.
The Croatian singer Jasmina Petrovic, who currently resides in Mallorca, is accompanied by the Klezmer Muzikanten, a group formed by Croatian, Spanish, Bulgarian and German musicians. They present a repertoire that takes us to the European Jewish tradition, Klezmer music and Sephardic songs passed through the filter of the musical influences of the band members.
Jasmina Petrovic (voice), Nanko Kirchef (clarinet), Miguel Ángel Bestard (tuba), Anton Lara (accordion) and Cristian Lehnert (violin).
The second proposal is that of the Catalan group Les Anxovetes, habaneras with the voice of Montse Ferrermoner and the accompaniment of Marta Pérez (voice), Tona Gafarot (voice), Xevi Pasqual (double bass) and Salva Gallego (guitar).
