Irene Reig & The Bop Collective

The composer and saxophonist Irene Reig is one of the most prominent representatives of the new generation of jazz musicians. Decisió i Coratge is an album that marks a before and after in the trajectory of this project, which they now present at the 30th edition of the Mallorca Jazz Sa Pobla festival.

Decisió i Coratge is a compilation of themes that shows the evolution and
musical interest of the eight musicians in the group, all of them prominent artists of the current Jazz scene.

A commitment that, despite preserving the essence of the melodies rooted in singing, explores harmony and metric from many different disciplines within the world of music.
