'Imperayritz de la Ciutat Joyosa'

The Cicle de les Muses organized by the Museu d'Història de Manacor presents this concert under the gaze of Erato, muse of love poetry. It is in charge of the Majorcan group Altamar, led by Guillermo Femenías.

The concert is entitled Imperayritz de la Ciutat Joyosa, one of the works of the Llibre Vermell de Montserrat and is dedicated to medieval and Renaissance music.

The Llibre Vermell de Montserrat is a manuscript from the late Middle Ages preserved in the Montserrat Monastery (Barcelona). It contains a collection of medieval and liturgical songs.
