The Concert Society of Palma organizes this festival around the music of Ludwig van Beethoven (Bonn, Germany, 1770-Vienna, Austria, 1827), considered the last great representative of Viennese classicism.
This II Beethoven Festival consists of a lecture and four concerts with sonatas for violin and piano by the German composer, three of them performed by the duo Losada & Quirós (formed by José Manuel Álvarez Losada, violin, and Enrique Bernaldo Quirós, piano) and the last by pianist Javier Negrin. Concerts are held at the Centre de Cultura 'Sa Nostra' de Palma at 20:00.
