Over two hundred musicians, integrated into five bands, participating in this festival which is presented as the first of its kind in Palma. The five formations are: Unió Musical Nostra Terra, from Son Ferriol; Banda de Música Jovent, s'Indioteria; Banda de Música del Camp Rodó; Banda de Música de s'Almudaina; and Banda de Música de Son Rapinya.
The concert is held in the Passeig del Born and contemplates three blocks, directed by other directors. Begins with Andalusian Sky, Marquina, Les Misérables, to Shomberg, and Independence Day, Arnold, under the direction of Pep Corbalán. Silverio Duato will be a selection of songs by Paul McCartney and John Lennon, Vincente Bono will do the same with pieces of Morricone and Antoni Aznar close with music of Frank Sinatra and La Balanguera, official anthem of Mallorca.
